Product Review: Humble Crew, Kids Toy Organizer

As much as most of us love a clean organized home we all know that is not always going to be the case when having children. It should not be as children are such busybodies and have curious minds and should have a safe place to make a "mess" of toys. We as parents can make it look nice at the end of each day and morning before the day gets crazy and toys start going everywhere again!

This organizer will help keep it tidy and not just have a load amount of toys that get lost at the bottom of a toy chest.

I have enjoyed the Humble Crew Organizer because it will help keep toys minimal as too many toys can be overwhelming!! This organizer has 12 storage bins and a few that are larger than the others. It is sturdy and will not tip over easily. Other products that I had been looking at did not have the extra bottom piece to help with balance/sturdiness. Some offered too much extra shelving on the sides. Others were just too small and too expensive for what it was.

My First Impressions

I had just moved into my own place as a new family and was no longer living the roommate life! I was very excited to set up a home that I could call mine, have it the way I liked, and keep it clean. When I started opening the box to put this together I realized the amount of parts it came in! But, I guess we can't expect it to be half-built for us, right? It was super easy to put together and had no trouble at all! The wood pieces were smooth and the same color as in the picture. The pipe parts that do go across to each side can be a little wobbly if you put a lot of weight on them, but my child uses it to stand up and it does just fine holding his weight.

Once it was built, I loved it. I was ready to start putting toys in the bins.

How Have I Tested

This product has helped me keep the toys in their own categories and open for my child to see ALL of his toys and not what is just on top like a toy chest. Keeps my child's little play area looking organized and easy to access for any toy he wants. I have also done the shake-down test to see how sturdy it is and it holds very well and know this will not come tumbling down on my child if he uses it to help stand. Now if a child is to start climbing on it then I suggest keeping an eye on them while they are in that area. It has just helped me not have an eye sore looking in his play area with a bunch of toys just in a box and if I want to grab a toy for him I know where to grab it and get it in seconds. Clean-up is a breeze and super quick with knowing where it all goes.

Pros and Cons

Having that organization can be a key factor for so many of us, but being a parent can be so hard to keep that going. Especially when you are on a constant repeat of doing that organization every day! The Humble Crew is not going to solve everything, but it can help by just having some organization in a child zone! Even though it does get messed up every day it is worth having in your home to keep toys at a minimum and not overwhelm your child with thousands of toys.

The Final Score

I have experience in organization for many years. It is embedded in me to have items in a space where they need to go. This Humble Crew Organization helps keep that going even with a child. Nothing truly deserves 5 stars unless it is the most outrageous amazing thing ever! I would give this 4 stars just because of how sturdy it is. I was not expecting it to be all that sturdy when I first got it.

If you like things organized and keeping toys at a minimum then this organizer will be a great fit!
